Walker Singleton are pleased to have assisted the West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service in identifying and negotiating the acquisition of several sites and properties in the Wakefield District as part of a fire station relocation programme being undertaken by the Fire Authority, the sites being located in Pontefract, Castleford and Normanton.

Development of the new fire stations is due to commence shortly and it is anticipated that these will be in service during spring 2012.
