Walker Singleton are acting jointly with Knight Frank on behalf of Sterling Scotfield LLP in relation to a major new proposal to develop a £200m high quality data centre campus on a 46 acre site at Lindley Moor Road in Huddersfield, close to Junction 24 of the M62. A Planning Application for the development was approved by Kirklees Councils Huddersfield Planning Sub Committee on 18^th February Sterling Scotfield say that the proposal will bring a significant boost to job prospects in the north Kirklees area.
