Walker Singleton have sucessfully concluded the sale of the substantially derelict Grade I Listed Hall within an estate totalling over 40 acres.

The Estate is sited south of Abergele, Conwy and was built between 1861 and 1866 to the design of Sir George Gilbert Scott, the architect of St Pancras Railway Station and the Albert Memorial.
