Copley Valley Development – Developer Selected

The Calderdale Council Cabinet have selected clients of Walker Singleton as preferred developer to regenerate a 35 acre site at Sterne Mills opposite the HBOS Data Centre at Wakefield Road, Copley, Halifax.

GNR8 Developments Limited have been selected to undertake this major scheme which will involve the restoration of contaminated and derelict land to provide business units and residential development and will provide a new link road from Wakefield Road through to Holmes Road, Sowerby Bridge.

Pennine Business Park, Huddersfield
